Hello everyone! Welcome to my blog. The meditation that we listened to was very relaxing. I found that even though I have a lot of issues with relaxing my muscles, that it did help a little. I believe that if I were to do this more often it would really start to help with the muscle tension in my neck, back and shoulders. I found that my arms did in fact get warmer and heavier but it seamed to be more so on the right than my left. This could possibly be because I am right handed. Something to think about. i am going to try this again tomorrow night to see how it goes a second time around.
the exercise for this week was very interesting. I found a lot of information that made me want to learn more. I have found that I really like learning about Integral Health and feel that it will help me in my personal life a lot as I learn more.I had a hard time with the last question though. Did anybody else have the same problem?
